Please welcome Elizabeth from little black door. Her blog always inspires me to get started on projects I've been putting off. Seriously, if you want to see some mind-blowing makeovers check out her house tour and diy projects. Enjoy the fab post she's whipped up for you guys today!...
Hey there The Aestate gang! I'm Elizabeth from
little black door and I'm thrilled to be guest posting for Jessica today. No one marries fashion and interiors better than Jessica. She is like my own CNN when it comes to fashion/interior crossover.
I live vicariously thru her images as I usually spend any free pennies I have on interiors rather than fashion. But there is one color I think works on your back or in your room. Red. It's a bit loud for some, and it can be a bit campy, (we are very similar me and red) but it has always been my favorite.
And there is no better way to make a respectable woman out of her, than to pair red with black and white.

Anyone want to go in with me on that Diane von Furstenburg bag? Thanks for letting me talk up my favorite color. Give her a try! Thanks for having me Jessica!
Love the pops of red! Not a color I would generally try, but after seeing these photos maybe I need to. :)

ReplyDeleteMust have that bag! And let's not forget red is hot and sexy! Thanks Elizabeth for introducing us to Jessica's blog. I like what I see :) I'll be back for sure!
ReplyDeleteI like the splash of red in the first image. The kitchen with stripes is what got me liking black & white again when I first came across it.
