Oldie but Goodie: Banana Leaf Wallpaper

Flipping through the new April 2012 House Beautiful, this room designed by Steven Sclaroff, with Hinson's 'Martinique' wallpaper made me lose my breath and reminded me how much I love it with all its Palm Beach Chic goodness...
The vestibule in Beth Blake's TriBeCa loft, designed by Steven Sclaroff from this month's House Beautiful
Nikki Hilton's dining room, which was inspired by....
The Beverly Hills Hotel (which her family owns, btw) The wallpaper owes its fame to this place.

  1. This is really great wallpaper! We vacation in Hawaii at a Hilton in Oahu, I wonder if this paper was there as well?

It would be the perfect place to showcase it:)

  11. Seriously, you must be telepathic! I've had this paper in my head while I've been thinking about what's required for my dining room, and when I saw this pin on pinterest and it led me here I wasn't sure whether to be surprised or not! You always nail exactly what I want to see!

Y'all are welcome to dinner in England just as soon as I complete my plan! This wallpaper reminds me of cocktails and James Bond and glamour!

We are about to cover our dining room in it!! Check out my blog post for more information on Braziliance. :) http://www.theglampad.blogspot.com/2012/12/marvelous-martinique-banana-leaf.html
